Is the Wii Motion Plus the same the Glowing Sphere thing that Sony has planned?

I mean Wii Motion Plus looks really good but Nintendo didn’t really explain how it works as well as Sony.

I mean, Sony went out and gave you all the details and showed you everything.

My question is, Is the Wii Motion Plus as good as Sony’s thing? I mean Sony’s thing can track you 3D in the room and it’s great.

Here’s their presentation at E3 2009:

nintendo 2009 e3

The Wii Motion Plus was released in June 2009 after much fanfare at E3 last year. The new controller addon is basically a piece of plastic and a rubber sleeve to cover the remaining length to the remote. It hangs easily on the remote using two small branches. Of course there is still the plastic cover at the base of the camera so you can always hook into the Nunchuk controller.

One of the most important things you'll notice right away is that the controller feels a bit clumsy with the Motion Plus attachment. Play a horizontal play is a big problem. Here's hoping that not only sets out to make it a requirement. A negative is that the controller will no longer belong in the dock original rechargeable. So you may have to upgrade in the future.

With that said, many commentators have noted that the Motion Plus has significantly increased the movement on the screen to the actual movements of the player. Games like Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10, Grand Slam tennis Wii Sports Resort, and a few other titles are the only games that are currently able to use the new controller. But at a price of approximately $ 20.00 there is really no reason not to buy the attachment. Especially as the latest releases of the game will use.

In conclusion, The Motion Plus will build on the game developers to put to use in games. Hopefully future versions will include the controller to improve new but at the same time does not make it a necessity to play games.
