Is this a good ideae for a site that im making?

Im thinking of making a site and putting up roms and emulators (video game systems like nintendo 64, play station, etc but that works on computer and games for it), some videos and funny pictures, some news that may be interesting and maybe some articles.
And then im planing to pay money for a good site hosting and host it after im done and then im planing to mput ads on it (google adsense (?)) and then making some money from it.

My suggestion would be maybe to think of a different area to work with,unfortunately there are so many sites like that already that i don’t think it’ll be worth it if your thinking profit wise.sorry
