Does the original nintendo zapper work on plasma tv’s?
I bought an original Nintendo for my wife and she bought me a plasma, and the gun doesn’t work. Has anyone else had this problem?
no, it could be a faulty zapper, or TV. Return one and see if it works, then try the other. Do the zapper first.

As for the extra addons for the Nintendo Wii, I recommend more than 1 remote. In addition to adding a few extra controllers, there not really need other accessories. There are so many Wii accessories available today, it may be a little confusing. For almost all games Wii there a Wiimote and Nunchuk will do. If you are thinking of becoming more remote the game Wii Play would be a good option, because this game is comes with a free remote control. Now, there is good value for your money!
Just how many controllers are available for the Wii system? There are really only 4 Wii: The Wiimote, Nunchuk, Classic Controller, and Wii Fit Balance Board. Any other "treatment" that you see are called shells … hollow pieces of plastic used to change the look of the controller or to provide another kind of grip on the real controllers to latch them. Shells are like tennis rackets, Wii, Wii Wheel and Wii Zapper for example.
At a bare minimum, you'll need at least a Wiimote and Nunchuk. The Wii already has one of each when buying a new Wii. To have the maximum number of players, however, you need to buy three of each.
When you have more Wii controllers around, you need to make a difference which is which is … It's easy to do with the skins … more to protect the Wii remote controls wear. I love them especially if I know who is mine so far away.
Wiimote / remotes use AA batteries … I would strongly recommend that you use either rechargeable batteries or better yet (what I use) a charging station. The Wii offers a charger dock for your Wiimote, you will not have to replace the batteries. Since the charging station is available Nintendo Wii accessories it pays for itself within a short period of time.
